Midwest Trophy and Engraving, Inc. has evolved over many years to become what it is today.  It was first started in the 1960’s in downtown Kansas City under the name of Midwest Trophy.  It was then taken over by a gentleman who changed the business as the computerized world took over the nation and the engraving business as well.  The name was changed to Midwest Trophy King.  In 1999, the business was purchased by Mr. Allen Crawford.  Midwest Trophy King was then changed to simply Midwest Trophy and moved to Overland Park, Kansas.  The current owner, Cole Bonham, started working for Allen Crawford his junior year in high school and worked for Allen for 4 years.  Cole graduated from high school, completed an associates degree in entrepreneurship at a local community college, and purchased the business in 2004 at the age of 19.  Cole changed Midwest Trophy to the name today of Midwest Trophy and Engraving, Inc. as the business has changed from not only trophies, but to engraving of all sorts.

Midwest Trophy & Engraving, Inc. focuses on provided the best possible customer service and the highest quality of products.  We have understood that customer service is a major deciding factor in business.  While attending the local community college, Cole was required to evaluate customer service in a department, specialty, and retail store.  The lack of customer service was shocking and an instructor suggested: “If you provide excellent customer service you will succeed because you will be the only one!”  The customer is what keeps Midwest Trophy & Engraving, Inc. growing and allows for the expansion into different markets of clientele.

Midwest Trophy & Engraving, Inc. is a mix of engraving for corporations and individuals.  We see the importance of taking on all orders, big or small, for creating the most opportunities in the future.  We enjoy challenges and strive to never say no.  To achieve this, Midwest Trophy & Engraving, Inc. is constantly investing into technology and machines in order to ensure that the services and capabilities are always the most current.
